From the moment we walked through the double doors we felt welcome and like our experience mattered. Every member of staff we interacted with, from the cleaning team to the people on the reception desk, to the hotel manager were kind, hospitable and welcoming. Special mention should go to the people on reception on Monday and Tuesday (two young women, one blonde and one with dark hair, sorry I didn’t get your names.) they were superb, knowledgeable about the area and happy to help.

Stayed two nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The room was really comfortable, clean and perfect for our visit. The hotel location is ideal for mooching around the city. The staff, particularly Mia & Elisabete, were very welcoming & helpful. Thank you for making our stay so special.

This place is in the heart of Manchester, right outside the Arndale and surrounded by bars and restaurants. It's definitely the best place we've ever stayed at in Manchester and we will definitely be back. When we checked in at about 3.30pm there was a que and it went down quite slowly, but the polite check in staff apologized and explained they were having trouble with there systems. Downstairs at reception you can see and have direct access to the Corn Exchange bars and restaurants which are at the back of the hotel, we visited a few times and the place was buzzing with life, so much to see and do. When me and my partner booked directly on the website a few weeks ago, there was some confusion with the room we thought we had booked compared to the pictures of the one we actually booked. So we called and straight away we were offered a free upgrade and at check in we were given a Liberty Suite Room and it was such a great size, beautiful decor and had everything we would ever need. The only thing I would say is that the pillows on the beds are quite solid but not a major issue. We paid for late check out to keep our room for another 2 hours which was only £10 and we found it so worth it. The staff are all so polite, friendly and helpful, I think if we didn't stay at this place then our visit to Manchester wouldn't have been the same!

Had the most fantastic stay in Manchester at Roomzzz, what a beautiful building, the room which was apparently a basic room, which was absolutely spotless was gorgeous, we couldn't have asked for more. From parking in the car park which was a five minute walk from the hotel and again minutes walk away the Arena for our show. Keep it up Mark your doing a fantastic job and while all your staff were brilliant, friendly and lovely, Olivia was the person we had most contact with and she's definitely a keeper, wonderful in everyway, sorry for going on but all this gave us the most fantastic weekend and can't wait to do it all over again and soon 😘
